Asphalt Repairs

We use hot asphalt for pothole repairs.  These repairs are saw cut out and the gravel base repaired if the damage is substantial.  In many cases patching the holes using a tack coat and hot mix asphalt is also used.   

Hot rubber used in crack repair is another important service we offer.  First we clean the crack with a wire brush then prepare the crack surface with our “Crack Jet” heat lance, the cracks are filled with MTO approved hot rubber compound.

Sealing & Line Painting

Our heavy-duty oil based sealer prevents gas, oil and salt damage, stops weather damage, and prevents oxidation.  As a result, when properly sealed, this not only beautifies your pavement it also provides protection that will lengthen the life of your pavement and, in the long run save you money.   

Our Bobcat sweeper service is available to sweep clean and dispose of the debris that collects over time in a parking lot.  A clean lot is best when you are line painting a parking lot, the paint adheres better and lasts longer. 

Catch basins Repairs

Catch basins often begin to wear either inside or around the edges, this often leads to the catch basin being off grade creating further deterioration to the area.  Also being a danger to vehicles and pedestrians.  We can make repairs both inside and out.fer.
